Barcelona Tips

Here are my Barcelona Tips:
La Rambla (A great Central Market is off on one side half way down)
Barri Gotic (there is a great Market in here as well as groovy shops and restaurants down little laneways.)
Museu Picasso
Montjuic
Fundació Miró (check it out when you go to Montjuic)
Palau de la Música Catalana (even if you don’t go on a tour or for a concert it is spectacular from the outside.)
Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona
CaixaForum is a collection of contemporary art
Pavelló Mies Van Der Rohe
Fundació Antoni Tàpies, this may not be your thing but I was really upset when it was closed for renovation when I was there

The Gaudi Buildings
La Sagrada Familia
La Pedrera (If you have any interest in architecture this is amazing)
Casa Batlló
Palau Güell
Park Güell
Wander around l'Eixample, with all the other
Modernista buildings.

And from my brother:
By the beach in Barcelonetta Bestiari, Aqua and CDLC
Tapas 24, Flauta and Inopia for Tapas
Giardinetto, Flash Flash, Speak Easy and the Restaurants in the Cram and Camper Hotels
Bars – try the Sky Bar at the Axel hotel and the W and Mandarin Hotels and CDLC or Opium at Barcelonetta.

There is also a lonely Planet App for Barcelona on the iphone which I have and think is quite good.
